Goldbelt Hawk designs, develops, and implements comprehensive solutions for problem spaces, including computer security, scalable architectures, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and network/data center operations. Specializing in local and enterprise-level incident response and forensic analysis, Hawk's personnel deliver threat analysis and reporting while implementing solutions based on mature planning and development practices.

Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing very complex IT programs to meet organizational goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee and provide guidance to the personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projects
• Maintain the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the project management office
• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge
• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
• Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management
• Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation
• May supervise others

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced knowledge of computer applications and functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire, lead, directs and manages program team members while being responsible for the successful completion of program management, customer relationship management, technical work, staff supervision, and risk management
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to analyze, organize and summarize data to ensure accurate records and reporting are maintained throughout the project life cycle.
• Ability to adjust well in constantly changing environments

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in a STEM field
• Minimum ten (10) or more years of related experience in project management, process management or delivery using a range of different delivery methodologies
• Top Secret Personnel clearance with eligibility for access to SCI
