CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.

 

Summary:

We are looking for a Service Owner Lead to be stationed at Erbil, Iraq.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide contractor management, direction, administration, and leadership of the execution of their respective site’s requirements.
  • Duties of the Service Owner Leads include, but are not limited to:
    • Assign tasks to contractor personnel
    • Supervise ongoing SITEC 3 EOM technical efforts
    • Coordinate with the USSOCOM TPOC
    • Manage the overall site’s performance
  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • May supervise others.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills including demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional management without formal reporting relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups.
  • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently.
  • Structured problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use multiple communication methods (written/visual) to work with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts/relationships, including senior-level managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in a STEM field
  • At least 10+ years of related experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance

The salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$165,000.00 annually.
