Summary:

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Site Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide leadership to achieve and communicate goals and objectives
• Evaluates and exercises site safety and compliance with regulatory bodies, including OSHA safety law, and organizational procedures and policies
• Removes and isolates workplace safety hazards in accordance with general hazard removal methodologies and procedures
• Identifies and resolves workplace malpractice and safety concerns in daily operations
• Oversees all clinic staff and activities to ensure the correct and timely delivery of all services.
• Ensures the office is OSHA compliant and housekeeping and preventative equipment maintenance schedules are followed
• Monitors project progress and adjusts schedules of employees/contractors, staffing requirements, and equipment inventory in accordance with budget constraints and project timelines
• Maintains adequate project supplies to maintain project schedule
• Orders and procures project materials, negotiates logistics and contracts with supplier
• Prepare site reports to convey progress of projects, site overviews and geographics, and hazards

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven experience collaborating with a team.
• Effective communication and interaction with employers, patients, providers, managers, and other colleagues
• Shall have management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.
• Shall have experience with the military training concepts and organizational structure.
• Shall have military medical experience with Role 2 or Role 3 Army Field Medical Treatment Facilities or Air Force Expeditionary Medical Support Systems or Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of military experience as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer (E-5 or above)
• At least two (2) years of experience in project or personnel management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

The salary range for this position is $86,403.28/yr to $89,997.84/yr.
