Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will be highly motivated and organized. This position is primarily client-facing and will manage technical projects for our customer base. This is including but not limited to managing service and product implementation projects for our customer base and internal projects, through defining and executing project plans, assignment of appropriate resources, ensuring adherence to project scope, taking actions to ensure deadlines can still be met when project conditions change, and communicating project status to management and Clients.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Technical Project leadership including planning, directing, coordinating, and reporting on complex, high visibility projects.
  • Develop plans including charters, scope, schedules, budgets, goals, and approvals.
  • Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Lead multiple technical projects at any given time.
  • Direct and influence collaboration with Site employees consistent with a fact based, data driven approach.
  • Assist in the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Maintain direct responsibility for internal customer implementation and indirect executive level relationships with assigned projects to ensure awareness of project impact and scheduling.
  • Produce positive results through on-time & in-budget execution of project plans.
  • Complete project optimization with a focus on inventory metrics, cost understanding, capacity planning, lead time reduction, and on-time-delivery (OTD) through projects and programs that strive to continuously improve Site operational performance.
  • Participate in Site organizational and operational planning consistent with overall organizational objectives as directed.
  • Coordinate resource needs to assure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company, government and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment and compliance with all legal standards and required regulations.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Micrsoft Office including Microsoft Project. ​
  • Basic computer skills with spreadsheet, database and word processing software; goal setting and performance evaluation monitoring; active listening; sound employee relation skills; ability to keep information confidential and generate atmosphere of trust and cooperation; ability to organize resources and focus them on organization goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience. 
  • Experience with technical project leadership, management, and operations. 

 

The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 per year.
